What is your return policy?

As our gifted items are perishable, Lane and Christopher we are also unable to accept requests for returns.

 

If you are unhappy with your order for whatever reason, please contact us at info@laneandchristopher.com and we will be happy review your feedback and make a determination on an individual basis.

How do I place an order?

Lane and Christopher accepts individual orders directly through our website. We also accept Corporate Gifting and Wholesale Orders upon request. To inquire about corporate gifting or wholesale orders, please submit a request using the form on those sections of our website.

 

To place an individual order, please visit our Shop. When adding our products to your cart, you will be given the option to ship your order to a single address or multiple addresses as well as the option to have your product delivered immediately or request a future delivery date. Please note that Lane and Christopher cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, but aims to accommodate requests to for delivery within 1-2 business days of a requested date.

How does shipping work?

​Lane and Christopher offers free shipping on all orders to the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. We are currently unable to fulfill requests to ship internationally, but we hope to expand our service to include international shipping in the near future.

 

Orders can be shipped to a single address or multiple addresses for large gifting orders. If shipping to multiple addresses is needed, please select "multiple addresses" when placing your order and a member of our team will contact you within 1-2 business days to finalize your shipping list at the email address you provide at checkout.
 

Orders can be delivered ASAP or within 1-2 business days of a future date upon request, keeping in mind that Lane & Christopher requires 1-2 business days to process and prepare shipments and USPS Priority Mail averages 3-5 business dats for most domestic destinations. To have your purchase delivered immediately, please select "Deliver ASAP" when adding a product to your cart. To request a future delivery date, please select "Request Delivery Date" when adding a product to your cart. Please note that Lane and Christopher cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, but aims to accommodate requests to for delivery within 1-2 business days of a requested date.
