What is your return policy?
We will be happy to refund your full deposit if your request is issued within 30 days of placing your order. Past that date, we are unable to accept requests for refunds. As our gifted items are perishable, Lane and Christopher we are also unable to accept requests for returns.
If you are unhappy with your order for whatever reason, please contact us at gift@laneandchristopher.com and we will be happy review your feedback and make a determination on an individual basis.
What is your shipping policy?
Once an order has been received, a dedicated concierge will reach out to you to determine the date on which you would like your shipment delivered.
Lane and Christopher ships to the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. We are currently unable to fulfill requests to ship internationally, but we hope to expand our service to include international shipping in the near future.

​What options are there to customize my order?
​Lane and Christopher pecans are offered in both mild and spicy to accommodate differing palates. Our standard packaging includes a dark blue ribbon. Upon request, the color of the ribbon can be customized to your liking.
